For the first time in Ontario, welcome Wein Goutte and their herbal, airy and textured cider. Chefs turned winemakers, Emily Campeau and Christoph Müller are originally from Montreal and Germany respectively, and now tend to their four hectares of pristine polyculture property in Franken. Emily is also a celebrated wine director and sommelier previously of famed Le Candide restaurant in Montreal. Now living on their farm in Franken, making beautiful wines, ciders, and vermouth.
