GINGER VANILLA

GRAPEFRUIT CORDIAL

 

Split Tree Manhattan

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup
  • 3-4 dashes of orange bitters

Add ice to mixing glass, add all ingredients and stir. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange peel.

Split Tree Ruby Margarita

  • 1-2 oz blanco tequila
  • 0.5 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz. Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial
  • 0.5 oz Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 2 oz soda water

Add ice, tequila, triple sec, and soda water to a glass. Pour Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial and Split Tree Sour Mix over the top and gently stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

Split Tree Moscow Mule

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 3 oz soda water

Add ice, vodka, and soda to a glass or copper mug. Pour Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup and Split Tree Sour Mix over the top and gently stir. Garnish with a lime wedge

 

Ruby Sipper

  • 1-1.5oz of your favourite gin
  • 0.5oz of Split Tree Tonic No.3
  • 1oz of Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial
  • 2-3oz of soda water

Add the ice, gin and soda to glass, then add Split Tree Tonic No.3 and Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial and gently stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Split Tree Light and Breezy

  • 1.5 oz of dark rum
  • 3/4 oz of Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/2 oz of Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 3-4 oz of soda water

Add ice, rum, and soda to a highball glass. Add Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup and Split Tree Sour Mix and gently stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Northern Negroni

  • 0.75 oz Ungava Gin
  • 0.75 oz Dillon's Gin
  • 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Campari or Aperol
  • 0.75 oz Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial
  • 1-2 oz soda water

Mix gins, vermouth and Campari in a glass with ice. Gently stir. Top it off with soda water. Garnish with a long grapefruit peel, twisted over the drink to release oils.

Split Tree Rye & Ginger

  • 1.5 oz of rye whiskey 
  • 3/4 oz of Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup
  • 3-4 oz of soda water

Add ice, rye - I recommend Wisers, and soda to a highball glass. Add Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

 

Split Tree Rose is the New Orange

  • 1.5 oz Dillons Rose Gin
  • 1oz Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial
  • 3-4oz Soda Water

Add Dillons Rose gin to glass with soda and ice, then add Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial and lightly stir. Garnish with grapefruit peel or slice.

Split Tree Bourbon Ginger Snap

  • 1.5 oz of bourbon
  • 3/4 oz of Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/4 oz of Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 1oz of orange juice

Add ice, bourbon, Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup Split Tree Sour Mix and orange juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

 

Split Tree Radler

  • 1 can of beer: IPA, Ale or Wheat Beer
  • 1oz Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial

Add Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial to a glass of your favourite beer. Use a lighter style of beer, not stout or dark ales. Garnish with grapefruit peel or slice.

Split Tree SPF 40 Proof

  • 1.5 oz spiced rum
  • 1/2 oz of Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz of maraschinno liquer
  • 1/2 oz of Split Ginger Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/2 oz of Split Tree Sour Mix

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a glass with ice and soda water. Garnish with maraschino cherries .

 

 

Split Tree Paloma

  • 1.5 oz blanco tequila
  • 3/4oz of Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial
  • 3-4 oz of soda water

Add the ice, tequila and soda to glass, then add  Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial and gently stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.

RHUBARB & ELDERFLOWER

 TONIC NO.3

Reggie's Mix

  • 1.5 oz gin or vodka (or skip the booze!)
  • 3/4 oz Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial
  • 3/4 oz Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup
  • 2-3 oz of soda water

Add your choice of Gin or Vodka, to glass with ice and soda. Then add Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial and Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup to a glass and gently stir . Then garnish with crushed fresh mint.

 

Classic Gin & Tonic

  • 1-1.5 oz of your favourite gin
  • 0.5-1 oz Split Tree Tonic No.3
  • 2-3 oz of soda water

Add ice, gin or vodka and soda water to glass. Pour Split Tree Tonic No.3 over the top and gently stir. Garnish your gin and tonic cocktail with a lime wedge.

Split Tree Sweet Tart

  • 1-1.5 oz of Old Tom Gin
  • 0.75 oz of Split Tree Elderflower & Rhubarb Cordial
  • 0.5 oz St. Germaine (optional)
  • 2-3 oz soda water
  • Dillion's Rhubarb bitters

Add ice, gin, St. Germaine and soda to glass, then add Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial and gently stir. Add 2-3 dashes of Dillon's Rhubarb bitters.

 

 English Channel G&T

  • 1 oz of Gin
  • 0.25 oz of Absinthe
  • 0.5 oz St. Germaine 
  • 0.5 oz of Split Tree Tonic No.3
  • 2-3 oz soda water

Add ice, gin, absinthe, St. Germaine and soda water to glass. Pour Split Tree Tonic No.3 over the top and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon and lime wedge.

Split Tree Sazerac

  • 2oz of rye whiskey
  • 0.25oz of Rhubarb and Elderflower Cordial 
  • 3-4 dashes of @scrappysbitters Orleans bitters
  • 0.25oz of #absinthe

Rinse a glass with absinthe
In a separate glass mix rye whiskey, Rhubarb syrup and bitters over ice. Strain into glass with absinthe rinse and garnish with a lemon twist.

 

Split Tree Citrus G&T

  • 1-1.5oz of your favourite gin
  • 0.5oz of Split Tree Tonic No.3
  • 0.5oz of Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 2-3oz of soda water

Add the ice, gin and soda to glass, then add Split Tree Tonic No.3 and Split Tree Sour Mix  and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.

Split Tree Slow Fashion

  • 2oz of Bourbon - maybe 3oz ;-)
  • 1oz of Rhubarb and Elderflower Cordial
  • a few dashes of orange bitters

Add your choice of bourbon to glass with ice Then add Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial and gently stir . Add orange bitters. Then garnish with  an orange peel. 

 

 Ruby Sipper

  • 1-1.5oz of your favourite gin
  • 0.5oz of Split Tree Tonic No.3
  • 1oz of Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial
  • 2-3oz of soda water

Add the ice, gin and soda to glass, then add Split Tree Tonic No.3 and Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial and gently stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Split Tree Hudson Bay

  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz of Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz of Fernet Branca
  • 3/4oz of Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial
  • 3-4 dashes of Rhubarb bitters

Add ice to mixing glass, add all ingredients and stir. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange peel.

SOUR MIX

LAVENDER LEMON

Split Tree Whiskey Sour

  • 1-1.5 oz of your favourite whiskey or bourbon
  • 1oz Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 1 egg white - optional

Add whisky, Split Tree Sour Mix  and egg white to a shaker with ice to glass. Shake for 30 seconds pour into a glass with ice. Garnish with Vanilla Bourbon Sour Cherry or Maraschino Cherry

 

 Lavender Lindsey

  • 1.5 oz of gin
  • 1 oz of Split Tree Lavender Lemon
  • 0.5 oz of Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 3-4 oz of soda water

Add gin glass with soda and ice, then add  Split Tree Sour Mix and Split Tree Lavender Lemon and lightly stir. Garnish with lemon wedge.

 

Split Tree Amaretto Sour

  • 1-1.5 oz of your favourite Amaretto
  • 1oz Split Tree Sour Mix

Add Amaretto and Split Tree Sour Mix  to a shaker with ice to glass. Shake for 15 seconds pour into a glass with ice. Garnish with Vanilla Bourbon Sour Cherry or Maraschino Cherry

 

 Lavender Margarita

  • 1.5 oz of tequila
  • 1 oz of Split Tree Lavender Lemon
  • 0.5 oz of Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 3-4 oz of soda water

Add tequila glass with soda and ice, then add  Split Tree Sour Mix and Split Tree Lavender Lemon and lightly stir. Garnish with lime wedge.

Split Tree Fizz

  • 1.5 oz Gin, Vodka, Rum or Tequila
  • 1oz Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 3-4oz Soda Water

Add gin, vodka, rum or tequila to glass with soda and ice, then add  Split Tree Sour Mix and lightly stir. Garnish with lemon or lime wedge.

 

Lavender Fizz

  • 1.5 oz of gin
  • 1 oz of Split Tree Lavender Lemon
  • 3-4 oz of soda water

Add tequila to glass with soda and ice, then add Split Tree Lavender Lemon and lightly stir. Garnish with lime wedge.

 

Split Tree Blue Bird

  • 2 oz dry Gin
  • 0.5oz Split Tree Sour Mix
  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • fresh mint
  • 3-4oz Soda Water

Add gin,  Split Tree Sour Mix, blueberries and mint to a shaker with ice. Shake like crazy for 20-30 seconds. Double strain into a glass with ice and soda water. Garnish with a few blueberries and a sprig of mint.

 

Split Tree Harrier

  • 2 oz of gin
  • 3/4 oz of Split Tree Lavender Lemon
  • 3/4 oz of Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial
  • 3-4 oz of soda water

Add gin to glass with soda and ice, then add Split Tree Lavender Lemon and Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial, lightly stir. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Split Tree Tommy Tulep

  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 0.25 oz Split Tree Sour Mix
  • 0.75 oz of Grenadine
  • 3-4 dashes of orange bitters

Add brandy to glass with and ice, then add  Split Tree Sour Mix and Grenadine and bitters, stir. Garnish with lemon wedge or lemon peel.

 

Split Tree Lavender Sling

  • 2 oz of gin
  • 1.5 oz of Split Tree Lavender Lemon
  • 1 oz of sweet vermouth
  • fresh sage - OPTIONAL
  • 3-4 oz of soda water

Add gin, vermouth, sage, and Split Tree Lavender Lemon to shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Double strain into glass with soda and ice. Garnish with sprig of sage.

RASPBERRY MINT

Split Tree Mint Julep

  • 1.5 - 2 oz of your favourite whiskey or bourbon
  • 1oz Split Tree Raspberry Mint syrup
  • fresh mint
  • fresh raspberries

Add whisky, Split Tree Raspberry Mint, mint and raspberries to a shaker with ice to glass. Shake for 30 seconds, strain into a julep glass with crushed ice. Garnish with mint and a couple raspberries

 

Split Tree Mojito

  • 1.5 - 2 oz of your favourite rum
  • 3/4 oz Split Tree Raspberry Mint syrup
  • fresh mint
  • fresh raspberries
  • soda water

Add rum, Split Tree Raspberry Mint, mint and raspberries to a shaker with ice to glass. Shake for 30 seconds, strain into a highball glass with ice and top off with soda water to taste. Garnish with mint and a couple raspberries

Split Tree Queens Guard

  • 1-1.5 oz of your favourite London dry gin
  • 3/4 oz Split Tree Raspberry Mint syrup
  • fresh raspberries
  • soda water

Add gin, Split Tree Raspberry Mint and soda water [2-3oz] to a highball glass with ice. Garnish with a couple raspberries
