Las Jaras winery was created by comedic genius Eric Wareheim and winemaker Joel Burt. Eric is a lover of wine and the culinary scene (on a global scale) and penned a cookbook called 'Foodheim' with an entire section dedicated to wine and wine pairing. The two winemakers create brilliant and exciting experimental wines in the California area.
Superbloom is named after the wildflowers that erupt in the desert after a wetter-than-normal rainy season. They're a sign that winter is over and warmer, happier days are ahead. This is their sixth vintage of Superbloom, our zero-zero wine that defies categorization.
