'Vinyes Tortuga is Dido & Jurriaan Morsink, a couple from Amsterdam who have made wine literally all over the world - including working as cellar hands for well-known natural winemakers including Escoda Sanahuja and Tom Shobbrook. Eventually, they settled down in Catalonia, Spain and purchased 9.5 hectares of vineyards in Alt-Empordà, making their first vintage with their own grapes in 2018. Dido and Juriaan farm the vineyards holistically and chemical-free, and live amongst the vines, ‘completely off the grid’ using solar panels and water from the well.' -- MORENATURALWINE
