Trail Estate is a top-tier, woman-led, small batch winery that makes both complex classics and wild experimental wines using classic and hybrid grape varieties. Both varieties were whole-cluster pressed and blended for fermentation. Fermented naturally until dryness and allowed to settle for 3 weeks before bottling with a small addition of juice to create carbonation. Zero added sulphites.
