From the unassuming town of Guelph, Ontario, comes a beautifully crafted sweet vermouth with a base of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vidal, and De Chaunac grapes, as well as local apples, cherries, and blackcurrants.
To complement an incredibly Canadian base, 100% Ontario wild-foraged botanicals perfume each sip, including: lavender, lemon verbena, juniper, wormwood and French sorrel.
Use The Space in Between Words wherever you would use your standard sweet vermouth (Negroni and Manhattan for the classics).
