David Eiberg and his wife Anastasia make some of the most ethereal wines to be released in Ontario. They work in the ’negotiant’ style (buying grapes from only their most trusted Ontario growers) while managing their winery in Clearview, Ontario. David is known for resting his wines in concrete amphora, lending to their beautiful minerality. This is ‘Gamay on its best behaviour’ and comes from some of Ontario’s oldest Gamay vines.
