7th heaven! An ensemble of seven different agave, Jabali (15%), Cuishe (10%), Madre-Cuishe (15%), Espadin (15%), Tobala (15%), Tepeztate (15%) & Pulquero (15%).
All cooked, crushed, fermented & distilled (in glass!) together…. the most strikingly unique kitchen sink blend we've ever seen. The distinctive characteristics of each agave shines through at different times, one sip to the next.
A very small batch - 180 liters, 240 bottles.
