Are you ready to take your cocktail game to the next level? Then our advanced Molecular Cocktail Lab workshop is just what you need! In this hands-on workshop, you will learn advanced techniques such as foams and pearls that will elevate your cocktails to a whole new level. You'll work alongside experienced mixologist, Jesse Baillie, who is passionate about cocktails and loves sharing his knowledge with others.
This is going to be a smaller class size than normal (only 10 spaces available) and will likely last a little bit longer than our standard cocktail workshops. We are going to put together a very hands-on immersive workshop using a more chemistry based approach to cocktail making. No prior experience or training is required. Jesse will be introducing you to some of the industry secrets for producing amazing modern cocktails.
Throughout the workshop, you'll be guided through the process of creating delicious cocktails using these advanced techniques. We'll teach you how to create amazing foams with a variety of flavors, as well as how to make pearls that burst with flavor in your mouth. You'll also learn how to use different tools and ingredients to add a touch of creativity and some molecular mixology to your cocktails. This workshop is perfect for anyone who loves experimenting with new flavors and techniques in their cocktails, and it's sure to be a lot of fun!
