A wonderfully bright cool(er) climate white from Uco Valley. Torrontes can often be overly floral but Sebastian’s winemaking style evokes a more subtle aromatic bouquet. This collaboration project with Les Caves de Pyrene is called ‘Ballena del Sur’ after an iconic whale known to Argentinian waters. The label depicts an abstract eye of the whale or a humble wine grape, that's up to you.
