Winemakers Melanie and Michael founded 2Naturkinder in 2013 after taking over Michael’s family winery and flipping it to a organic winery where there are no added sulphites in sight! The grapes in this blend are very cultivated in this small winemaking region (another name for spätburgunder is pinot noir! tada!). Using a series of winemaking styles including carbonic maceration (think like juicy beaujolais!). TWO fun and adorable facts! Black Betty is named for the first small black sheep on their property. Second, our very own sommelier worked on this wine two years in a row in Kitsingen, Germany (vintages 2022 and 2023!)

Grapes: Domina + Regent + Spätburgunder (aka Pinot Noir)
