Racines Rebelles is the passion project of Kaja Kohv, an Estonian sommelier who leaped from serving wine to growing it. Kaja discovered wine during university tourism courses, completed sommelier training, then worked in Australia at Giaconda Vineyards before spending five years at Château Pauqué in Luxembourg. In 2020, an opportunity to rent .8 hectares of vines in the background slopes of the Upper Moselle came, and thus Racines Rebelles was born.
