Proudly introducing the wines of Pierre Ménard to Ontario for the first time. Pierre has been steadily building his own domaine since 2013. Pierre is patient, contemplative with each step he takes, and optimistic about the future he is carefully crafting. Pierre understands the immense value of experience in becoming a great winemaker. After completing his studies in agricultural engineering and catching the wine bug, he jumped at every opportunity to learn more, no matter how far it took him.

Tasting Notes: this rich cabernet franc is made with two parcels, one of 10 year old vines, and one of 70 year old vines, and then aged 12 months in old oak. Figs, dark cherry, plums, graphite, freshly fallen autumn leaves, flecks of pepper.
