Irrévérence is a very aromatic orange wine. Each grape variety is vinified separately in foudres (wood barrels), stainless steel vats, and amphoras (large clay pots).
12 months of aging on lees before blending, then 12 months of aging in foudres and concrete vats. Bottled without filtering or fining.
