Le Loup Blanc Le Régal Rosé
Details
In a wild and enchanting setting, between scrubland, pine trees and canyons, the estate's 18 hectares of vines, laid out in small plots, are located in Bize in the part of Minervois called "Les Causses", a terroir in the foothills of the Montagne Noire at the northeastern end of the appellation. Le Loup Blanc is the fruit of the work and passion of Alain Rochard, Nicolas Gaignon, Carine and Laurent Farre. These wines are biodynamic and organic, yet they drink quite classically in style, offering a rich mouthfeel and an exceptionally dry rosé.
Region: Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Grapes: Grenache + Cinsault
Tasting Notes: pink rose petals, ruby red grapefruit oil, with a richness and minerality (from concrete ageing!) that makes it extremely food friendly.
