Las Jaras winery was created by comedic genius Eric Wareheim and winemaker Joel Burt. Eric is a lover of wine and the culinary scene (on a global scale) and penned a cookbook called 'Foodheim' with an entire section dedicated to wine and wine pairing. The two winemakers create brilliant and exciting experimental wines in the California area.
This is their third vintage of âRosatoâ which they describe as a wine to âdrink at twilightâ. Drink when transitioning from the pool to the outdoor dinner table. A rich and softly textured rosĂ© from a beautiful bouquet of Italian grape varieties.
