This is the opportunity to learn how to create three different delicious cocktails using some of Japan's unique flavours and liquors alongside Certified Sake Sommelier Aryn Pepper! Each drink is carefully designed and prepared to highlight Japanese influence and each sake, whiskey, or gin. Get ready to shake, stir, and sip your way through an immersive experience that combines the rich heritage of Japan with the expertise of our mixologists. Known as the home of Sake, Japan has much more to offer the adventurous imbiber! From sparkling sake and umeshu, to yuzu and shiso, Japan has some of the most unique and intriguing flavours on the planet!
