This gorgeous little half-bottle of champagne is perfect for a little cheeky celebration. The name, meaning breath of the stars, is inspired by the air element and boy, it is worthy of the influence.
Souffle d'Étoiles is 60% Pinot Noir, and 40% Chardonnay, and the grapes are from the terroirs of Bouzy and Tours-sur-Marne -40% reserve wines, perpetual reserve – aging in bottle on lees, in their vaulted cellars for 20 to 30 months. Only 15,000 full-sized bottles were made. Lamiable is also dedicated to sustainability in the heart of the Champagne region.
Tasting Notes: fresh fig, sea salt, preserved lemon, and a definitive minerality.
