Join us for an exclusive bartender takeover workshop featuring Witek Wojaczek of Bar Ocelli. Experience innovative cocktails, expert techniques, and insider tips from one of the city’s most dynamic bartenders.

Witek Wojaczek is the owner and creative force behind Bar Ocelli, one of Ottawa’s most acclaimed cocktail destinations. His career began in Poland, but notably evolved in London, where he trained at the legendary Beaufort Bar at The Savoy, rising through the ranks from barback to bartender. During this time, he distinguished himself on the competition stage—winning England’s Toast of Pair Cocktail Competition in 2016 and becoming a runner up internationally; becoming a champion of World’s Beluga Signature Competition in 2017; and becoming a semi-finalist in the Diageo Reserve World Class UK 2017, one of the industry’s most prestigious contests, just to name few. Later he joined the team at the Artesian at Langham Hotel as well as taking the position as UK Brand Ambassador for Stoli Group.
Due to the pandemic, Witek moved to Canada bringing his expertise with him. With Bar Ocelli, he has created a space where craftsmanship and community meet—balancing refined technique with warm, welcoming service. With every new menu Witek continues to push boundaries while putting Ottawa firmly on the Canadian cocktail map.
