LIST of INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz of gin
- 1/2 oz of St. Germaine
- 3/4 oz of Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial
- 3-4 dashes of bitters
- lemon peel
METHOD for CRAFTING the PERFECT DRINK
Add ice, gin, St. Germaine and Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial to Collins glass and gently stir. Add 3-4 dashes of Dillon's rhubarb bitters and Garnish with a lemon peel.
