Our HOLIDAY WINE workshop will feature very special wines from Trail Estate, Maenad Wine Co, Broken Stone, Pearl Morissette, and Lighthall, in an array of styles both unique and classic. During this immersive workshop, Aryn Pepper will unravel the secrets of wine in an engaging and approachable manner. Whether you're a seasoned wine connoisseur or a complete novice, Aryn's expertise and enthusiasm will make this experience memorable and enriching. Expect wines only available through local wineries and private import, with a specialized focus on small-scale and sustainable wines.
Aryn is a WSET certified sommelier, writer, and monthly contributor to Good Food Revolution through her esoteric column ‘Sedimental Value’. Based in Ottawa, Ontario, she has travelled from Prince Edward County, the United Kingdom, Southern France, and Germany to learn about winemaking techniques both natural and conventional (though, prefers the former). Dedicated to breaking the chain of gatekeeping in the wine industry, Aryn writes and works towards an inclusive future for viniculture. Aryn is not only a certified wine expert but also a passionate educator who will guide you through a sensory experience like no other.
