As a testament to their commitment to the land and thoughtful approach, they present Entre Vinyes Oníric Brisat Xarel-lo Vermell, an orange wine made from the indigenous red Xarel-lo grape variety. Old, low-yielding vines cultivated using regenerative agriculture that ensures soil fertility and prevents erosion. The harvest is manual at the optimum moment of ripeness and, once in the winery, spontaneous fermentation begins in stainless steel vats with 2 weeks of skin maceration. Subsequently, the wine matures for 3 months, partly in 700-liter amphorae and standing vats. It is finally bottled without filtration.
