Charles Baker is a staple in the Ontario wine industry and one of the founding directors at Stratus Winery. He fell in love with Ontario riesling and the rest is history. This is his first sparkling wine under the CB namesake, and we can’t wait to see more. Cuvée du boulanger is a cheeky bilingual reference to Charles’s last name.
